Five Endurance Land Properties Earn WELL Health-Safety Rating

London, October 4 – Endurance Land is delighted to announce that five of our properties have earned the WELL Health-Safety Rating.

The WELL certification reflects spaces that enhance the health, wellbeing, and safety of staff, visitors, occupants, and stakeholders. WELL assesses a diverse range of criteria from air and water quality to innovative solutions that enhance and protect the occupier experience. The accreditation’s rigorous standards are grounded in a combination of the industry’s best practices and latest scientific research.

Receiving a WELL Score for five properties – 108 Cannon Street, The Bailey, 138 Cheapside, Focus Point and Cottam House – demonstrates Endurance Land’s commitment to ensuring our buildings, facilities, and services prioritizes the health and wellbeing of our occupiers.

The WELL certification aligns with Endurance Land’s Wellness policy of striving for all our facilities and services to support a sustainable and healthy lifestyle. These goals comprise a portion of our larger Sustainability Strategy of building socially cohesive, resilient communities.

The WELL rating is the newest addition to Endurance Land’s long track record of sustainability related building certifications, including other accreditations such as WiredScore Platinum and BREEAM Excellent.

“We’re delighted five properties in our portfolio achieved a WELL Health-Safety Rating. We are constantly looking for ways to ensure the best experience for our tenants, building staff, and visitors. This certification demonstrates that our buildings are operated to maximize occupier wellbeing.” Max Rusby, Analyst at Endurance Land

We would also like to thank Helix and Delos for collaborating with us in this process and helping us to deliver best in class work environments
