Please note that the submission of property details in this way does not in any way obligate us to consider, invest in, purchase or otherwise deal with the property concerned. The questionnaire will require you to reveal to us certain data including without limitation your name, telephone and fax numbers, email address and details of the property or portfolio concerned. This data is necessary for us to assess the investment opportunity in the particular property or portfolio. As a result of submitting this data you will receive an email acknowledgement and you may be contacted by a representative of Endurance Land if we require further information or if we wish to progress our interest in the property or portfolio. We may transfer this information to our professional advisers if we decide to pursue an interest in the property or portfolio submitted.

Tenants
In the “Tenants” section of the Website, you can obtain further information from us regarding our portfolio of properties or you can request an introduction to our Business Partners by completing a questionnaire. The questionnaire will require you to reveal to us certain data including, but not limited to, your name, address, company name, telephone and fax numbers and email address together with the nature of your request for information. We may use the information submitted to respond to you with answers to queries submitted or to provide the information requested. We may also pass the data on to those of our Business Partners to whom you have requested an introduction. Please be aware that Business Partners may be located in countries that do not have laws to protect your information.

News and Information
In the “News” section of the Website, you may subscribe to a news and information service to receive notification when press releases and presentations are added or other updates are made to the Website. In order to subscribe, you will be required to complete a questionnaire which will require you to reveal to us certain data including, but not limited to, your name, address, company name, mobile telephone number, email address, a password and with details of the news and information services you require.
