Our mission is to apply an innovative approach to the investment and development of property in the UK, leading an experienced team, using the best techniques and environmentally friendly materials to achieve a completed product that is at the forefront of the current market. Founded in 2006 Endurance Land became part of the Nan Fung group (www.nanfung.com) in 2018. This combined experience ensures we are at the forefront of investment and development in the UK.

Endurance Land’s experience lies in the Central London property market. We target opportunities in a variety of Central and Greater London locations, focussing on assets with strong fundamentals which are underpinned by robust transport links.
Our portfolio spans core and emerging urban locations and covers a range of asset types. We have a significant understanding of the different commercial sectors including office, hotel, retail and mixed use. In addition, we are able to utilise our building and market intelligence to understand how an asset currently performs and in turn how to enhance that performance.
There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’ solution, and thus each business plan is tailor-made to account for building and location specifics, but shares the common goal of driving value. We are not afraid to pursue new initiatives to ensure a building or site is reaching its true potential.
