Repositioning of 80,000 sq ft with stunning views of St. Pauls

Endurance Land were appointed by Nan Fung Group in Autumn 2018 to deliver this 80,000 sq ft (predominantly office) re positioning project which included the CAT A refurbishment of 4 office floors (37,825 sq ft), reconfiguration of the reception and arrival experience, as well as the provision of high quality commuter facilities.

Warm and inviting spaces utilising terrazzo , Kvadrat fabrics, natural woods and brushed metal finishes

The Morrow and Lorraine designs were complementary to the existing building fabric, adopting an exposed service solution to the office accommodation to maximise floor to ceiling heights and the introduction of contemporary materials like terrazzo and Kvadrat to modernise the reception with the enhancement of the external entrance with brushed steel, to provide more street presence.

Faithdean were selected as contractor to undertake this work and appointed in December 2018. The works were particularly challenged by the requirement to keep the building fully operational for the remaining office tenants and retail units on Cheapside and were completed in September 2019.

Modern exposed services, design maximising light, airy floors

The leasing campaign began with immediate success in leasing the 7th Floor (with expansive Terrace) to HLK for an extremely encouraging £76.50 psf. This was quickly followed in February 2020, with the leasing of the 3rd floor to DFIN. Despite the challenges of COVID 19 the leasing campaign is reaching conclusion with one floor remaining, to let.
