Endurance Land Reaches Key Milestone with Appointment of Erith and Knight Frank for 99 City Road Redevelopment
London – 2 June, 2025: Endurance Land, a Member of the Nan Fung Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Erith as the Demolition, Piling and Concrete contractor and Knight Frank as the leasing agent for the redevelopment of 99 City Road in Old Street. These key appointments mark the transition into the delivery phase of the project, representing a significant milestone in bringing this landmark development to life.
Erith, a market leader in enabling works, will undertake critical early-stage works including structural demolition and piling installation, followed by the construction of the new basement box and 35 storey core for the new tower. Erith’s proven track record and technical expertise make them an ideal partner for this transformative redevelopment.
Knight Frank, one of the world’s leading real estate consultancies, has been appointed to lead the leasing strategy for 99 City Road. With a dedicated team of leasing specialists and a strong track record across London’s most prestigious commercial developments, Knight Frank will drive the campaign to attract forward-thinking occupiers to this flagship scheme.

Construction is scheduled to commence in Summer 2025, with practical completion targeted for the first half of 2029. The redevelopment of 99CR will establish a striking new presence on London’s skyline and set a new benchmark for workplace design in the capital’s thriving innovation corridor.
