Endurance Land Hosts Social Enterprise, The View Café, at Regent Quarter

London – 22 February, 2024: As part of Endurance Land’s social value strategy to create vibrant, thriving communities, Endurance Land has given The View free use of a retail unit at Regent Quarter.

The View is a social enterprise dedicated to supporting women impacted by the justice system. The View Café, located on 13 Caledonia Road, is a community initiative that provides a platform for these women to share their stories and showcase their art.

Endurance Land’s social value strategy is underpinned by three main pillars: focusing on enabling equal opportunities, supporting sustainable growth, and championing healthier environments and people.

Key to achieving these goals is supporting local, independent businesses that have a social mission to generate social mobility and reduce inequality and discrimination. By allowing VCSEs and SMEs to utilize space and operate rent free within the portfolio, Endurance Land is minimizing risk and maximizing growth opportunities for small businesses.

“We’re proud to be supporting a small business with a mission to provide a voice and create financial independence for women impacted by the justice system. We’re hoping that by providing The View a free retail space we’re helping them maximize their impact, allocate more resources toward their programmes, and ensure these services are accessible to all who need them. The View Café makes a wonderful addition to Regent Quarter and to the wider King’s Cross community.” – Annie Kuenning, Endurance Land

“The View Magazine’s directors and board are grateful to the team at Endurance Land who have given the social enterprise a prime retail unit to be able to highlight our message and bring light, hope and art to the heart of King’s Cross. The space is a valuable platform for The View to raise awareness of our various social justice campaigns to end female oppression and gender based violence. Endurance Land has literally put The View on the map.” – Clare Simms, Managing Editor at The View Magazine
