London – 30 April, 2024: Following redevelopment works last year and a successful leasing campaign, 108 Cannon Street, EC4, is fully let. The final dealing, leasing 3,358 sqft of lower ground floor space, closed in early April. The lower ground floor was the last of three available floors following their Cat B refurbishment fit outs end of last year. The 2nd and 3rd floors secured pre-lets before works completed end of 2023.
The fully fitted out spaces comprise the highest quality spec and were designed to easily adapt to user needs through modular layouts thereby future proofing the space. Refurbishment works prioritized sustainability by maximizing the reuse of existing materials and sourcing sustainable alternatives.
