Ruby exchanges Agreement for Lease at 160 Blackfriars Road

Following the grant of planning permission for the 169 bed hotel in the 160 Blackfriars Road car park in July 2020, Endurance Land are delighted to confirm that an agreement for a 30 year lease for the hotel has been signed with Ruby Hotels. EL own the building in a JV with Angelo Gordon and are looking forward to taking the development forward in 2021.

The hotel will be Ruby’s 4th project in London to add to their other commitments in Clerkenwell, Waterloo and Notting Hill. Founded in 2013, the Munich based group, which has a ‘lean luxury’ philosophy, has in excess of 25 hotels either in operation or under construction.
