Planning Permission obtained at Cottam House, Regent Quarter

Endurance Land are pleased to confirm the receipt of 2 “Resolutions to Grant Planning Permission” at Cottam House, 36-40 York Way, Regents Quarter, N1 following Islington’s Virtual Committee on Monday night. Endurance Land were impressed by the adaptability of Islington and its Members, in hosting over 75 participants “on-line”.

Consent for alterations to both front and rear entrances will allow Endurance Land to deliver a much improved arrival experience for their future tenants. This together with the temporary change of use on the ground floor to host world leading technology that recycles post-consumer garments into clean and wearable clothes will prove an exciting new addition to the Regents Quarter estate.
