Launch of 138 Cheapside

Endurance Land were delighted to welcome so many of the Agency community at their launch of One Three Eight Cheapside, London.  Following completion of the 37,500 sq ft refurbishment project, now available to let. Despite the seasonal weather, 104 agents undertook a tour of the dramatically enhanced space over coffee and croissants.

The reaction was highly positive and reflective of the comprehensive repositioning of this asset. The bright and open floors, combined with the opportunity to have the “best roof terrace in London” perfectly complement the superb location, overlooking St Paul’s.
