Endurance Land commence refurbishment works at Cottam House, Regent Quarter

Originally built in 1866, Cottam House is a locally listed Victorian industrial building currently undergoing sympathetic refurbishment. The works are being undertaken by BW Interiors who started on site in early November and are scheduled to complete in Q2 2021.

Endurance Land successfully secured a pre-let to The Mills Fabrica, further diversifying the tenant mix on the Regent Quarter estate. This will be The Mills Fabrica’s first opening outside of Hong Kong, with Cottam House providing co-working office space which will operate as an incubator for tech-style start-ups.
