Transformation of Pentonville Road Parade Attracts Five New Leading Food and Beverage Brands to Regent Quarter
London – 03 February, 2026: Endurance Land, a member of Nan Fung Group, has delivered a key milestone in the strategic repositioning of Regent Quarter. Through the revitalisation of the Pentonville Road retail parade, Endurance Land gladly secured five leading food and beverage operators, supporting the Estate’s long-term regeneration strategy into an innovation campus.
This revitalisation includes major exterior renovations, redesigned frontages, a refreshed streetscape, and the creation of a distinctive new entrance to Regent Quarter. These improvements introduce a welcoming, high-quality environment that harmoniously blends Regent Quarter’s historic architectural character with modern design.
Having completed these strategic upgrades, Endurance Land brought on board HOP Vietnamese, GAIL’s Bakery, Pizza Pilgrims, Blank Street, and Sushi Dog, who together occupy more than 11,000 sq ft, having fully opened in Q4 2025. This F&B leasing success directly reflects Endurance Land’s commitment to enrich Regent Quarter, elevate the public realm, and deliver an exciting and innovative mixed‑use environment to its commercial and residential community.
The next phases of Regent Quarter’s repositioning programme will commence in 2026 to refurbish workspace and enhance the public realm.
