Endurance Land Names Islington Giving as Charity Partner for 99 City Road Development
London – 17 December, 2025: Endurance Land, a member of Nan Fung Group, has named Islington Giving as the official charity partner for the 99 City Road, our 35-storey landmark development at Old Street Roundabout in Central London. The charity partner was chosen in collaboration with our construction partner Multiplex.
The partnership aligns with the project’s social value strategy of supporting local initiatives, empowering the community, and championing belonging. Throughout the project, the collaboration will work to maximise impact by driving long-term, locally led initiatives that are grounded in the priorities and needs of the Islington community.
While the project will support other community groups and initiatives over the course of the development, picking a charity partner was a strategic decision to streamline resources, maintain consistent support for the community, and tap into local expertise. This collaboration allows for regular dialogue and ensures project initiatives address real community needs.
“We’re thrilled to work with Islington Giving and support the incredible impact they’ve already had in the Borough. Their focus on community-led initiatives and understanding of local challenges inspire us to deepen our own commitment, amplify what we can achieve together, and meet local needs.” – Annie Kuenning, Assistant Vice President at Endurance Land.
“We’re very excited to be partnering with Endurance Land and Multiplex over the course of the 99 City Road project. Working with businesses like Endurance Land and Multiplex who put social value at the core of what they do, means that we can make real progress catalysing locally-led change that builds belonging and makes a lasting difference for our community. We have already seen the impact they can have in a short space of time, and are looking forward to raising more funds and working together to benefit local people and community projects.” – Isy Miller, Fundraising and Communications Manager at Islington Giving.
Endurance Land and Multiplex have also partnered with Islington Giving at Regent Quarter, reflecting a commitment to creating positive impact across Islington Borough. Collaborating with Islington Giving at multiple sites directly supports our long-term social value strategy and its focus on building enduring partnerships within the community.
