London 22.06.2026 – Endurance Land, a member of Nan Fung Group, has successfully completed the refurbishment of the 1st and 6th floors alongside enhancements to the end-of-trip facilities at 138 Cheapside, aligning Endurance Land’s commitment to amenity-led workspace. The upgraded end-of-trip facilities have been delivered to a best-in-class standard and include dedicated male and female changing rooms, vanity areas with Dyson hair dryers, and secure locker provision. These high-quality amenities are designed to actively encourage commuting by bike or on foot, while supporting occupier wellbeing. The fit out also incorporates sustainability principles around circular design, environmental engineering, and responsible procurement. Key existing elements, such as the raised access floors and doors, were retained to lower the fit outs embodied carbon impact.
