London 30 September 2026 – Endurance Land, a Member of Nan Fung Group, has broken ground at 99 City Road, EC1. This marks the most significant construction milestone for the landmark tower scheme to date as piling works and active construction start onsite.

Following the appointment of Multiplex as main contractor and Erith for enabling works, and working alongside a team of leading project partners, 99 City Road is now officially moving from design into delivery after years of preparation, planning and design.

Upon completion, 99 City Road will deliver 475,000 sq ft of flexible, high-performance workspace across 36 storeys at the heart of London’s innovation economy, with uninterrupted 360-degree views and capacity for up to 4,000 occupiers. Designed around sustainability, resilience, adaptability and a tenant-led approach, the building will provide efficient floorplates with high power capacity alongside abundant amenities, including a triple-height event space, wellness suite, dining and café facilities, conference lounges, private terraces, end-of-trip facilities and a makerspace. The scheme is targeting BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5-star, SmartScore and WiredScore Platinum certifications.
