CAT A+ Refurbishment Works Complete at 138 Cheapside, EC2
London – 28 April, 2025: Endurance Land, a member of Nan Fung Group, recently completed renovations to the 2nd floor at 138 Cheapside, EC2. The refurbishment upgraded 3,233 sqft of conventional office space into a modern CAT A+ fit out.
The space comprises a dynamic mix of areas, including collaboration zones, breakout spaces, sit/stand workstations, meeting rooms, as well as bespoke joinery. The thoughtfully designed space seamlessly blends layout, functionality, and aesthetics, showcasing Endurance Land’s commitment to constantly elevate standards and deliver exceptional quality in their plug-and-play solutions.
The fit out also incorporates sustainability principles around circular design, environmental engineering, and responsible procurement. Upgrades to the HVAC system and power infrastructure were implemented to enhance performance through reducing energy consumption and improving overall efficiency. Key existing elements, such as the raised access floors and doors, were retained to lower the fit outs embodied carbon impact.
138 Cheapside’s refurbishment is the latest in Endurance Land’s portfolio evolution to deliver tenant-led space. To date, Endurance Land has transformed and successfully leased over 32,000 sqft of fitted renovations across its 3 City of London assets.
Endurance Land has also recently completed The Varnish Works, 12,000 sqft of fitted workspace within the Regent Quarter estate. Delivering a finished product experience aligns with Endurance Land’s strategy to deliver high quality, amenity rich properties in Central London.
