The Cursitor Building Short Listed

Endurance Land’s Grade A Mid Town office scheme, The Cursitor Building, has been short listed for the Best City Refurbishment category at the OAS Development Awards 2018. The OAS Development Awards is the only event in the property industry awarded by agents, recognising excellence in office development and transactions across the wider UK, City of London and West End markets.

The Cursitor Building showcases a best-in-class example of a comprehensive office refurbishment. The project included a revamp of the existing structure to optimise the building’s bones. To improve the quality and orientation of the office space, the upper levels were completely reconfigured; the existing top floor was intricately demolished and sensitively replaced with two new floors. Further, the tired and dated original skin of the building was removed and replaced with a modern Portland Stone and glass façade in keeping with the property’s surroundings. The complex structural alterations were complemented by a state of the art Grade A office finish throughout, including a striking re-modelled reception to give visitors an invigorated sense of arrival.

The Cursitor Building was launched in March 2017 and was fully let within 6 months.

Winners of the award are to be announced at the OAS Development Awards on 15th June 2018.
