Experian signs with Endurance Land in SE1

Endurance Land and funds of Angelo, Gordon are pleased to announce the letting of two floors to credit rating firm Experian Ltd at 160 Blackfriars Road, SE1

The letting is the first major transaction in the building since the joint venture’s acquisition in 2016.  Experian decided to expand their London real estate portfolio adding to their main headquarters in 80 Victoria Street, SW1.  Experian has taken a 10-year lease and will occupy the 5th and 6th floors at 160 Blackfriars Road totaling 23,631 sq ft.

Endurance Land’s, Jonathan Fletcher said ‘We are delighted to welcome Experian to 160 Blackfriars Road. This leasing opportunity is a result of having agreed a positive surrender with Thomson Reuters in August this year. The new letting supports our business plan of identifying assets close to transport hubs that have a low supply of quality space’.
