The existing buildings do not currently maximise their massing potential and their dated nature is in need of significant enhancement.

Ideally positioned on the fringe of the City in the established sought-after sub market of Shoreditch, the asset’s location is ideal for exploiting both markets’ future growth prospects whilst providing a tolerance for future market cycles. A number of options existed to increase the size of the existing buildings including demolition and redevelopment of a new scheme, potentially doubling the area.
