Date acquired:  Acquired by Endurance Land and GE Real Estate in January 2007.

Location: 85 Clerkenwell Road is located in prominent position on the southern side at the junction of Leather Land and Clerkenwell Road.  Excellent transport links are nearby at Farringdon and Chancery Lane underground/ mainline stations.

Investment type: Office investment.

  Description: Originally constructed as a  warehouse built in the mid 19th Century the building currently totals 31,729 sq ft (2,948 sq m) with office accommodation over Lower Ground, Ground and five upper floors.
