Educated at Rugby School, Henry went on to study Business Management at The University of Newcastle Upon Tyne. 

Upon graduation, he spent a year working for Gerald Eve (2002) in Newcastle before securing an MSc in Real Estate Management and Valuation at Reading University.  He then started work at CB Richard Ellis (2003).

Henry worked in the Central London retail agency and development market before spending a year in the Central London office valuation team. Having achieved MRICS qualification he spent two years in the South East office investment market before joining Endurance Land in 2007.

Henry is responsible for sourcing new opportunities along with the implementation of specific business plans for Endurance Land.
