WiredScore Platinum achieved at The Bailey

In accordance with Endurance Land’s policy to create “best in class” buildings, The Bailey has been awarded the highest WiredScore accreditation of Platinum and has joined The Empire State Building and The Shard.

WiredScore Certification measures the quality and resilience of the digital infrastructure of a building, mobile coverage, the choice of internet service providers, and whether the building’s critical digital infrastructure is safe and secure from any physical damage. The certification ensures The Bailey has the infrastructure in place to adapt to future technological advancements.

Endurance Land commence refurbishment works at Cottam House, Regent Quarter
